A Love Etched in Elegance: Alyssa & Andrew’s Intimate San Francisco Wedding

The grandeur of San Francisco City Hall became the most intimate of sanctuaries for Alyssa and Andrew, where love was witnessed by only their closest family. Beneath soaring architecture and golden afternoon light, their vows filled the space with a beauty no walls could contain.
Alyssa wore a gown by Lihi Hod, discovered at Marina Morrison, that instantly captured her heart. “This was one of the first dresses I tried on at my very first appointment,” she said. “I thought I wanted a high-neck gown, but when I slipped into this one, I felt so happy and couldn’t stop thinking about it. Even after visiting other stores with my mom and sister, I knew the Lihi dress was mine.”
Her favorite memory of the day is etched in emotion—the vows her husband wrote and read aloud. “Seeing him so emotional in front of our loved ones was incredibly special,” she reflected.
The wedding stood apart not only for its intimacy, but also for a deeply meaningful gesture. One of their closest friends arranged for their dog Louie to meet them outside City Hall after the ceremony. “It meant the absolute world to me,” Alyssa shared. “Even for just a few photos, having Louie with us made the day complete.”
When the celebration ended, Alyssa chose to entrust her gown to Elegance Preserved—drawn to their thoughtful process and glowing reviews.
