“Wedding dresses are an investment” says Lindsay, “I wanted to make sure that mine would last. Also, maybe it could be something to pass down to my daughter or, who knows, if I can still fit into it in 10 years, I can wear it for a vow renewal!”

Styled in a clean, crisp Theia gown (purchased at Lovely Bride in San Francisco), Lindsay look everything that radiant bride-to-be-should. When we asked her about finding THE gown, Lindsay says, “I went shopping by myself and Lovely Bride was the first bridal salon I went to.  I didn’t immediately pull my wedding dress to try, but the girl assisting me pointed it out and asked if I would like to try it.  It was the 3rd dress I tried on and was instantly in love.”

The couple kept to an intimate guest list, only inviting 70 of their closest family and friends. Their ceremony was on a bluff overlooking the ocean while the reception was hosted at a rooftop restaurant where guests dined and watched the sunset.

“We tried not to get too overwhelmed with the small details of our wedding like napkin colors, table cloth colors, etc.  We wanted everything simple since both our ceremony site and reception had so much of their own detail and especially, the views from each place were spectacular.”

A stunning view (x2) and chic, simple details? Sounds like our kind of celebration!
